Perling Building Services was awarded the contract to turn this run down 3 bedroom detatched house, into a beautiful 4 bedroom house, creating an extra lounge, toilet and utility downstairs, and also an open plan kitchen diner.

Upstairs we enlarged the bathroom, added an en-suite to the main bedroom and also expanded into the loft creating a large double bedroom and en-suite.

Perling also had the pleasure of updating and refurbishing the whole of the existing house including replacing all windows and doors.

We also created a new landscaped garden and driveway.
