We was awarded the contract to convert an empty ware house into a gun range within a tight 8 week turnaround. We used 140mm thick solid paint grade concrete blocks to build the range, so no stray bullets could escape. At the end of the range we had to custom build onsite a bullet catcher using timber frame to large 4mm thick steel plates and rubber crumb. Within the shooting range a futuristic airflow system had to be installed to take all of the gunpowder residue in the air out of the room while shooting.
